EC&I Systems has many years experience in delivering Electrical Systems that are fully compliant to international and company standards. Working with in-house and/or external engineering teams, EC&I Systems can participate or lead in the detailed design, testing and commissioning (full project lifecycle) of Electrical Systems that meets all of your CapEx project requirements.

  • Front End Engineering Design (FEED) / initial concept designs, reviews, assessments and technical reports

  • Cable containment design and equipment specification

  • Detailed knowledge of DSEAR regulations and ATEX directive        (CompEx Ex12 qualified)

  • Lighting and Small Power design and equipment specification

  • Earthing and lightning protection systems design and equipment specification

  • Trace heating design and equipment specification

  • AC/DC UPS systems design and equipment specification, typically double conversion online types. Components include:

    • 1ph or 3ph output

    • Battery sizing

    • Static bypass switch

    • Maintenance bypass switch

  • Gas engine/turbine generators / CHP design and equipment specification

  • Contract Enquiry Technical Specifications

  • Tender bid evaluations and award of contracts to successful Vendors

  • Vendor support throughout EC&I package construction to mitigate modifications and delays

  • Documentation review and approval

  • Client support throughout panel design, build, inspection, FAT, delivery, site installation, commissioning, SAT and Final Handover
